• Action Plans module has moved Asset Sustainability Plans from Excel spreadsheets (one per asset) to online – allowing real-time understanding of progress, forecast savings from improvements, and identifying which assets don’t have a plan.
• Net Zero Carbon roadmap actions are also recorded in SIERA to allow long-term planning
